At Hashmis Restaurant we pride ourselves in cooking classic dishes according to the traditional recipe. Ensuring you only get amazing food. Here’s a few of our favourites:
Mushkaki: delicious cuts of beef combined with chopped ginger, garlic, coriander and our own blend of freshly ground dried spices. Cooked until succulent in the Tandoor.
Chicken Tikka: A subtle yet flavoursome marinade that doesn’t overpower the taste of chicken. Marinated to allow the spices to infuse, then cooked at extreme heat in our Tandoor.
Lamb Chops: A 3-stage recipe requiring a lot of care. The chops are slow cooked in herbs and spices then allowed to cool before being immersed in our unique marinade. They are finally seared in the Tandoor.
Other items – All of our dishes are family recipes and have the same level of love and care put into them. We take no shortcuts!
